Community Affairs
Appointed by the Mayor, and working collaboratively with the Director of Development, the Community Affairs Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all public relations and communication functions for the City, particularly related to citizens and residents. Additionally, the Community Affairs Coordinator acts as the City liaison to various civic organizations, is responsible for grants administration, and serves as the residents' conduit to human services and assistance beyond city government.
