To make a reservation or inquire about a reservation call 863-0121 daily 8:00 am-8:45 pm. Whitehall Community Park Rentals 402 N. Hamilton Road We rent the facilities by the day, not the hour. Payments may be made by cash, check or money order. We do not accept credit cards. All facilities are handicap accessible. Indoor Facilities Auditorium – Capacity 450 Our auditorium is a spacious banquet hall suitable for weddings receptions, family reunions, meetings, dances, or other large gatherings. There is a large kitchen attached to the room and a 2 tiered stage with a piano. Round and 8 foot banquet tables and chairs are available. Alcohol may be served but with certain restrictions. This facility is available 8:00 am – 10:00 pm. Cost to rent this facility is $300 a day for Monday – Thursday and $600 a day for Friday – Sunday. Rental price will increase to $375.00 Monday – Thursday and $750.00 Friday – Sunday beginning January 1, 2007. Room dimensions, including stage, 118’ x 54’ Room 3 – Capacity 80 A large classroom-size facility suitable for meetings, family parties, or workshops. Tables and chairs are available. No kitchen facilities available. Dimensions 20’ x 47’. Available 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Cost $100 Room 5 – Capacity 50 A small classroom-size facility suitable for meetings or small family get-togethers. Dimensions 20’ x 27’ Available 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Cost $75 Rockwell Building – Capacity 60 Large multi-functional building suitable for parties, meetings, family get-togethers. This building has a kitchen and back patio for picnicking. Available 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Cost $150 Buckeye Building – Capacity 55 Large multi-functional building suitable for parties, meetings, family get-togethers. This building has a kitchen and second floor with pool table and ping pong table. Available 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Cost $150 Softball Fields – We have 4 softball fields with fences that you can rent for $35 per day Outdoor Facilities Picnic Shelters We have 4 spacious outdoor picnic shelters with roofs. Each shelter has running water, electric, and a cabana adjacent to the shelter. There are enough picnic tables to seat approximately 75 people. Grills are located next to each shelter. A basketball court, playground equipment, walking trail, and volleyball court are relatively close to each shelter. Cost to rent a shelter is $150. Shelters can be rented from 8:00 am until 8:45 pm or dusk, whichever comes first. Street Hockey Rink – We have an outdoor hockey rink that can be used to play street or roller hockey. There is no charge to use the facility. John Bishop Park Facility Rental 4815 Etna Road Outdoor Picnic Shelters – We have 4 outdoor picnic shelters that can be reserved for functions. You must be a Whitehall resident to reserve one of the shelters. There is no charge to reserve these facilities. These facilities have grills and picnic tables at the shelter, as well as, playground equipment, a basketball court, and a skate park close by in the park. John LaCorte Amphitheater – We have an outdoor amphitheater that can rented for weddings, concerts, and other productions. This facility has a stage with electric, seating for approximately 300 and restrooms close by. It is located at the south end of John Bishop Park off Langley Avenue in a beautiful tree-lined setting. There is ample parking and is handicap-accessible. This facility can be reserved 9:00 am until dusk. Cost to rent this facility is $100 per day.
